Fees & Payments

The hourly rate is the same regardless of the number of people in the room. When insurance is involved, there are different procedural codes based on who is in the room, but that does not change deductible or co-pay amounts the "identified patient" has to pay.

Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) – $185

Subsequent Sessions (60 minutes)* – $155

Associate Rates: Initial Evaluation $155 Subsequent Sessions $135

Intern Rates: Initial Evaluation $75 Subsequent Sessions $50

*Insurance companies will not allow 90 minute sessions except for "a crisis". If you prefer to meet with your therapist for 90 minutes, then you may pay $80.00 for the additional 30 minutes. Please note that you will be required to pay your co-pay for the first hours along with the additional $80.00 for the additional time.

If you have any questions about your insurance plan, please call our office at 509.888.4866 and our Administrator will be glad to assist you in determining coverage. Also, please be aware that we cannot bill insurance companies for missed appointments or late cancellations, therefore it is the policy of this office to charge a $100 fee missed appointments or late cancellations.
